SMITH - Leo Alexander: Late of the Bronx, NY. Passed away peacefully in Atlanta, GA., on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at the age of 86 years old. He was surrounded by his family. Leo was born on November 22, 1939, the son of Edna and Howard Smith in Falmouth, Trelawny, Jamaica, West Indies. He was predeceased by three brothers, Kenneth, Michael and Russell. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Wandalee, his sister, Beverly, his brother, Harold, his children, Christine, Mark, Andrea, Karen, Kevin, eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 2.00 pm – 8.00 pm, at Ellington Club House, 345-440 Greenway Drive, Covington, GA. 30016. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), to fund Muscular Dystrophy research and clinical trials.
