We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support
Maintain files, records, and correspondence
Manage diaries, meetings, and communication
Liaise with clients, tenants, and service providers
Handle cash/cheque lodgements, petty cash, and bill payments
Assist with reports, inventories, and staff supervision
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
