Responsible for conducting physical inventory counts to identify variances between actual stock levels and system balances, ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory records within the warehouse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain count sheets and bin lists from the supervisor
Perform accurate physical counts of items in assigned bins and record results
Submit completed count documents for comparison with system records
Conduct recounts for bins where discrepancies are identified
Inspect nearby bins and locations to identify misplaced items
Support security efforts by preventing unauthorized access
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times
Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum five (5) CXC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts
At least one (1) year experience in a similar inventory or warehouse role
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and numeracy skills
Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required
Physically able to lift and stack items
Basic computer literacy
Willing to work night shifts.
