Nevalin Group is seeking an experienced Farm Manager for a scotch bonnet pepper production project at Ebony Park, Clarendon.
Duties include:
Overseeing crop production from land preparation through harvest
Managing farm labour and daily operations
Implementing production plans in coordination with the agri-park's assigned agronomist; Liaising with cluster coordinators, processors, and buyers.
Requirements:
Training or proven experience in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Farm Management
Strong organizational and supervisory skills
Ability to work in a rural farm setting.
