Cayman Immigration & Consulting Services Jamaica is seeking a reliable and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Central Montego Bay.
Duties include: processing U.S. visa applications and work permits, assisting with banking applications, handling invoices, inventory and documents, answering calls and emails, coordinating logistics and shipping, managing social media, and performing general administrative duties.
Requirements: must have prior administrative work experience, strong organizational and communication skills, experience with logistics/shipping, social media savvy, and must be detail-oriented and professional.
