WILLIAMS-NEEDHAM - Miriam: It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Miriam Williams (née Needham) of Bullards District in York Town, beloved wife of Wilbert Williams (deceased), who passed away at the age of 87 on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. She was born on March 14, 1939, in Mount Providence, Clarendon a daughter of the late Druscella and Reuben Needham. She is survived by her son, Joseph Williams and his wife Louraine; son Albert Williams; daughter Valerie Williams-Roberts; and stepchildren, Cecil, Maureen, and Merlene; as well as four grandchildren, Lori-Ann, Chevoi, Gavin, and Jordan; and one great-grandchild, Xai. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, step-grandchildren, in-laws, as well as friends and other relatives, including Chevanese Green and Peter Green. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the South Side Church of Christ.
