DUTIES
*Maintain office systems, including data management & filing
*Accounting Tasks: Write receipts & prepare cheques
*Screen calls, enquiries & requests, and deal with appropriately
*Monitor, organize & forward emails
QUALIFICATIONS
*Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management or related field (Relevant certifications are plus)
*Strong administrative skills
