Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily garage operations and workflow
Oversee mechanical repairs and ensure quality standards
Lead and support technicians, providing guidance where needed
Conduct vehicle inspections and assist with diagnostics
Manage job assignments, timelines, and customer satisfaction
Ensure workplace safety, organization, and efficiency
Coordinate and arrange vehicles for drop off and pick-up
Requirements:
Strong mechanical repair background (rack and pinion, front-end repairs, or general automotive experience preferred)
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to relay diagnostic details precisely to customers
Professional, reliable, and strong attention to detail
