We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Administrator to support the efficient functioning of the HR Department. This role will guide key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in H.R. Management, Business Admin. or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a Human Resources role
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, procedures, and employee relations procedures
Sound understanding of modern record-keeping practices
