Lighting Technician

Phase 3 Productions is seeking a skilled Lighting (Multimedia) Technician to join our full-time technical team. This role supports the setup, operation, and maintenance of lighting systems across corporate events, live entertainment, and broadcast productions. Key Responsibilities Set up, focus, program, and strike event lighting systems Install and operate moving lights, washes, fixtures, dimming, and control systems Assist with lighting consoles, DMX distribution, and power Support lighting programming, cueing, and show operation Work closely with staging, rigging, video, and audio teams Load, unload, maintain, and care for lighting equipment Support warehouse prep, rehearsals, and live show days Requirements Proven experience working as a lighting technician for live events Understanding of lighting fixtures, DMX, power, and control systems Comfortable working at heights and with rigging under supervision Strong attention to detail, safety, and show quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required Experience with moving lights, LED fixtures, and hybrid fixtures Familiarity with lighting consoles (MA, Avolites, Chamsys, etc.) Basic rigging or truss experience Experience with corporate, concert, or broadcast lighting (minimum 3 years) Employment Type Full-Time Position Opportunity for growth within Jamaica’s leading event and broadcast production company Apply here using this link: https://phase3prod.bamboohr.com/careers/56
