Marketing & Sales Associate

Are you creative, outgoing, and great with people — online and in person? We want to meet you. We're a small, fast-growing company— Zenith Energ, and we're looking for one sharp, social all-rounder to run our marketing and help drive sales across the brands. This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won't be a small cog in a big machine — you'll be the marketing engine, working directly with the owner, with real room to grow as we grow. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Run our social media — plan, create, and post engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp across the brands. • Set up and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram paid ads to bring in leads. • Turn interest into sales — respond fast to inquiries on WhatsApp and phone, and help close. • Keep things organized with light admin (lead tracking, simple scheduling, follow-ups). • Bring ideas — spot what's working, double down, and keep the brands looking sharp online. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Outgoing and personable — comfortable on camera, on the phone, and in a customer's DMs. • A genuine social-media native — you know what makes people stop scrolling. • Competent and reliable — you follow through, respond quickly, and stay organized. • Some experience with paid ads (Google / Meta) — or a fast learner ready to master them. • Honest and trustworthy — our whole brand is built on it. • Based in or near Kingston & St. Andrew, with reliable transport. • Bonus: you've marketed or sold a considered purchase before (solar, appliances, real estate, beauty, events, etc.).
