Our growing team located in Western Jamaica is looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our workplace running smoothly.
What you'll do:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and suppliesSupport scheduling, correspondence, and admin tasksCoordinate with vendors, maintenance, and service providersAssist with onboarding new hires and maintaining office recordsHelp manage budgets and basic bookkeeping tasks
What we're looking for:
Prior office management or 5 years administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Great communication and people skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
